About The Perkins Pencil Co.Founded: Corporate headquarters: United States Cool fact: The Perkins pencil Co. was located on East 106th Street next to the Roline Bowling Alley on the South Side of the street. This area is known as the "East Side". It is the 10 ward near the Indiana border. Mr. Perkins would put your name on the pencil if you wanted. He had a small shop.
