About E. Wolff & Son, Ltd.Founded: 1796 Corporate headquarters: England Cool fact: E.Wolff and Son. was founded in 1796. The factory was at Neasden, London. There was three seperate factories(Aurther Johnson, E. Wolff's and The Royal Sovereign) Two closed down and consolidated to The Royal Sovereign Co. which moved to Wales in1947. This factory later taken over by Staedtler of Germany which finally closed in 2009.
